Meet The Chef

I am a passionate chef with more than 15 years professional experience and a life-time's love of the kitchen. Growing up I could always be found in the kitchen, helping my mum creating food for our family.

My philosophy is straightforward: simple, seasonal, delicious. I enjoy exploring new flavours, experimenting with ingredients and creating high-end classic dishes with a twist.

What began as a part-time pursuit, aged 20 alongside studying, quickly developed into a long-term career ambition. After a life-time of dreaming about working in hospitality, I set up her own catering business in 2015.

Experience

After a childhood of learning from my Cordon Bleu trained mum, I went on to complete the Leith's Intermediate Certification in Food. My culinary journey began catering for local families, then it developed into seasonal catering for private estates and lodges in Scotland. Since 2015 it has expanded to include catering for large events and weddings in London, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Norfolk and internationally.

Catering

The basic premise is to provide bespoke catering service for any event, anywhere.

Whatever the occasion, my goal is to deliver a personable and professional service that leaves you and your taste buds content. I provide a tailor-made service for corporate and private clients. I am based in London but I regularly cook in Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, Scotland and internationally.

My food is made with the very best seasonal ingredients. I cater for small informal gatherings to large-scale entertaining. This ranges from food deliveries, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, drinks parties and weddings.

I use seasonal, sustainably sourced and organic ingredients as much as possible to create nutritious and delicious dishes. I offer a bespoke catering service, so no two menus are the same. I love working with clients to create the perfect menu.
